Mission

Our mission is to unite and empower families of Baboutcheu-Ngaleu descent residing in Canada. Through fostering a sense of belonging, promoting cultural preservation, and providing opportunities for personal and collective empowerment, we aim to strengthen the bonds within our community. We are committed to preserving our rich cultural heritage, passing it on to future generations, and ensuring that every member feels valued, supported, and included

History

The Baboutcheu-Ngaleu Family Association of Canada traces its roots back to 2014, when a group of passionate individuals came together with the shared goal of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the Baboutcheu-Ngaleu community in Canada. Since then, our association has grown and evolved, reaching significant milestones along the way. From our humble beginnings to our present-day endeavors, each step of our journey has been guided by a commitment to serving our community and fostering unity, pride, and resilience.

The  Baboutcheu-Ngaleu Family Association of Canada has been honored with the 2024 Community Participation Award, designated by the Association of Cameroonian Canadians of Calgary (CCAC). This prestigious distinction celebrates our commitment and tireless efforts for the well-being and advancement of the Cameroonian community in Canada.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Association of Cameroonian Canadians of Calgary for this recognition. This award motivates us to continue our work with passion and determination, always striving for excellence and the welfare of our community.
